Im pretty adventurous when it comes to trying something new. Ill try anything once. Music is my passion and I even played the violin when I was younger. Speaking of music, Im an eclectic type of gal. I love so many different types of music ranging from Contemporary Jazz, to Funk to Electronica/Ambient to Rap. My favorite things are shaking it to my favorite grooves, playing games (I promise not to cheat in Monopoly LOL), or inviting him to exchange cooking secrets in an Iron Chef duel just to name a few. When Im not physically training clients, I spend time with family and friends having a blast; write for my fitness blog; host my blog talk radio shows and video blog show. I also spend time monitoring my Black women and Asian/Latino men dating & social community creating a welcoming environment for them to meet.
